Бүгін,21 қаңтар күні ҚР ҚК Ұлттық әскери – паириоттық орталығында «Бүгінгінің батырлары» деген атаумен қаҺармандық танытып, 3 баланың өміріне араша түскен азаматтарды марапаттау рәсімі болып өтті.

Айта кетелік, бұл төтенше жағдай 12 қаңтар күні Нұр-Сұлтан қаласындағы Сарыбұлақ көшесінде орын алған болатын.
Жағдайы қиындаған, төтенше жағдайға тап болған балалар көмекке шақырған. Балалардың дауысын ести сала сол маңда өтіп бара жатқан Нариман, Бауржан,Ержан есімді азаматтар бей-жай қарамай көмектесуге ұмтылады.
Құтқару жұмыстарын жүргізіп, баларды үйіне жеткізіп соңына дейін бар көмегін аямаған.
Осындай табандылығы мен адамгершілік қасиетінің биігінен көрінге бұл азаматтар марапатқа әбден лайық.

Сөз кезегін Қарағанды қаласындағы батыр Т. Бегелдинов атындағы № 58 әскери-мектеп интернатының түлегі, бүгінде «Қазақстан спорт кеңесі» төағасының орынбасары қызыметін атқарып жүрген Нариман Бейсембайұлы жалғады.

1 тур. «Семь граней Великой степи» 5 вопросов, включающие разделы: великие имена Великой Степи, древнее искусство и технологии, степной фольклор и музыка, литература, генезис казахского народа, история прошлого и настоящего Казахстана. После зачитывания модератором вопроса участникам дается 30 секунд 
для ответа на каждый вопрос. За правильный ответ – 1 балл.

2 тур. «Великой Победе - 75 лет!» 5 вопросов, посвященные участию казахстанцев в Великой Отечественной войне. После зачитывания модератором вопроса участникам дается 30 секунд для ответа на каждый вопрос. За правильный ответ – 1 балл.

3 тур. «Родина моя» 5 вопросов по географии Казахстана. После зачитывания модератором вопроса участникам дается 30 или 60 секунд для ответа на каждый вопрос. 
 За правильный ответ – 1 балл.

4 тур.«Полиглот» 5 вопросов на различные темы на 3-х языках (казахский, русский, английский). После зачитывания модератором вопроса участникам дается 
60 секунд для ответа на каждый вопрос. Участники отвечают на том языке, на котором был задан вопрос. За правильный ответ – 2 балла.

5 тур. 5 вопросов на логическое мышление. После зачитывания модератором вопроса участникам дается 120 секунд для ответа на каждый вопрос. 
За правильный ответ - 2 балла. Общее количество вопросов – 25. Общее время – 25 минут.

Подтягивание на перекладине выполняется из исходного положения - вис хватом сверху, с выпрямленными в вертикальной плоскости руками, туловищем и ногами, руки на ширине плеч, стопы вместе.

- из исходного положения подтянуться непрерывным движением, подняв подбородок выше грифа перекладины; - опуститься в вис; - самостоятельно остановить раскачивание; - зафиксировать на 0,5 секунд видимое на видео исходное положение; - услышав начало счета руководителя, продолжить упражнение.

- наносить на ладони или гриф клеящие вещества, включая канифоль; - отталкиваться от пола и других предметов; - делать рывки, взмахи, волны ногами или туловищем; - сгибать руки поочередно; - висеть на одной руке; - применять накладки; - опускать хват, раскрыв ладони; - перехват руки вдоль или поперек грифа перекладины, раскрыв ладонь; - останавливаться при выполнении подтягивания.

В срок до 1 октября 2020 года – выбор темы Творческого конкурса. Конкурсные заявки необходимо отправить на электронную почту patriotkz2017@gmail.com. Во избежание использования одинаковых произведений, была произведена онлайн-жеребьевка тем выступлений, с результатами которой можно ознакомиться на официальной странице Instagram @aibyn_online в актуальных историях.

В срок до 12 октября 2020 года - загрузка видеоролика выступления команд Форма выступления - свободная, участники могут использовать 
все приемы визуализации (фото-, видеоматериалы, театрализация, танцевальные постановки, костюмированное шоу)

- живое исполнение; - длительность видео не более 5 минут; - разрешение видео - 1440x1440, формат - mp4, mov, avi; - выступление команды должно быть основано на одном музыкально-театрализованном номере; - команда должна представить музыкально-театрализованный номер собственными силами;

В срок до 1 октября 2020 года – команда должна отправить видео-челленджи.

Челленджи должны отличаться своей уникальностью и быть началом запуска нового (неповторяющего прежние) челленджа.

- Видеоролик должен быть уникальным. - Ролики должны быть началом запуска нового челленджа. - Длительность видео – не более 1 минуты. - Разрешение видео - 1440x1440, формат - mp4, mov, avi.

Один участник с каждой команды отправляет заявку на участие 
в Конкурсе на электронную почту patriotkz2017@gmail.com и загружает видео-презентацию в данное мобильное приложение.

Видео должно быть 2 минуты и содержать следющую информацию: 1) историю создания робота (его презентация); 2) каким образом осуществлен процесс программирования робота; 3) архитектуру построения робота (какие решения при построении использованы); 4) взаимодействие с участниками команды в ходе проектирования 
и создания робота.

В следующем этапе участник демонстрирует в прямом эфире членам жюри возможности своего робота по следующим критериям: 1) Движение робота по заданному маршруту (произвольно); 2) Преодоление препятствий по а) высоте, б) глубине, в) водной преграде; 3) Скорость перемещения робота по заданному линейному отрезку; 4) Возможность робота по полезной нагрузке; 5) Дополнительные практические опции, используемые роботом.

- Длительность видео – не более 2 минут. - Разрешение видео - 1440x1440, формат - mp4, mov, avi.

Выполнение каждого из заданий Соревнований будет записываться на видео в мобильном приложении «Айбын» в режиме реального времени. Каждый участник Соревнований выполняет задания индивидуально.

соревнования по военно-прикладным видам спорта

1 этап. До 15 октября 2020 года – обучение участников по видео-урокам, размещенных на официальном сайте Сбора.

2 этап. Командам дается ситуационное задание по следующим неотложным ситуациям: - отсутствие сознания; - остановка дыхания и кровообращения; - наружные кровотечения; - инородные тела в верхних дыхательных путях; - травмы различных областей тела; - транспортировка пострадавшего; - термический ожог; - обморожение; - отравление; - боль в груди; - судороги; - укусы.

Конкурс проводится в режиме реального времени на 2-х языках (казахском и русском – по выбору) при участии членов жюри. Команды-участники должны быть обеспечены следующими средствами оказания первой медицинской помощи: - макет пострадавшего, - носилки, - бинт, - марлевая салфетка, - шина, подручные средства (брючный ремень, галстук, ремень от сумки, ткань), - полиэтиленовый пакет, - вода, - полотенце, - прут или небольшая палка. В аудитории, кроме участников Конкурса, никто не должен присутствовать.

Финальная игра пройдет в онлайн формате и состоит из 5 туров: 1 тур. «История-ключ будущего» 1 тур состоит из двух этапов: командного и индивидуального. В первом этапе командам предлагаются 3 видео-вопроса. Во втором этапе капитан команды отвечает на экспресс-тест, состоящий из 10 вопросов.

Финальная игра состоит из 5 туров: 2 тур. «Найди свой путь...» Командам даются координаты, которые необходимо найти на карте. 
На этих координатах зашифровано кодовое слово. Если команда правильно определила кодовое слово, она проходит в следующий тур.

Финальная игра состоит из 5 туров: 3 тур. «Знания-сила» Командам даются 3 математические задачи, в которых цифрами выступают тактико-технические характеристики вооружения и военной техники. Правильно решив все задачи 2-го тура, командам открывается доступ в следующий тур.

Финальная игра состоит из 5 туров: 4 тур. «Зарядись энергией!» Команде необходимо выполнить физические упражнения. Не имеет значение, какое количество упражнений выполнил каждый отдельный участник, важен общий результат команды.

Заключительный 5 тур: 5 тур. «Задача Х!» Командам предлагается . Команды должны продумать ход своих действий и предложить наиболее оптимальный выход из ситуации.

Упражнение выполняется из исходного положения (далее - ИП): лежа на спине на гимнастическом мате (на полу), пальцы рук «в замке» за головой, ноги согнуты в коленях под прямым углом, ступни прижаты к полу, лопатки касаются мата (пола). По команде «Старт!» участнику необходимо выполнять быстрые сгибания туловища до касания локтями бедер или коленей и разгибания до возврата в ИП с касанием лопатками мата (пола)

- «Нет касания бедер» - участник не коснулся локтями бедер 
или коленей; - «Нет фиксации ИП» - участник не прикоснулся лопатками к мату (полу); - «Руки разомкнуты» - пальцы рук разомкнулись «из замка»; - «Больше 90º» - ноги согнулись в коленях больше 90º.

Комплексное упражнение, которое представляет собой сочетание приседания, планки и прыжка.

- Встать прямо, ноги расставить на ширине плеч. Согнуть колени 
и сделать глубокий присед, опереться руками в пол. - Выпрыгнуть назад и принять позицию планки. Тело должно сохранять прямую линию, бедра и поясница не должны пригибаться к полу. Ладони находятся строго под плечевыми суставами. - Согнуть локти назад и коснуться грудью пола, при этом тело остается ровной линией. - Вернуться в положение планки, сохраняя прямую линию тела. - Прыгнуть вперед, подтянув колено к ногам. Бедра параллельно полу, не задирая ягодицы вверх. - Резко выпрыгнуть, поднимая руки и тело вверх. Обратить внимание, спина прямая, взгляд направляется вперед, корпус и ноги образует прямую линию. Вес тела не переносится на спину, движение выполняется легко 
и динамично. - Затем приземлиться и снова перейти в глубокий присед, затем 
в планку и отжимание, стараясь выполнять берпи в непрерывном темпе.

Выполняется в двух частях 1) Неполная разборка, по каманде «К выполнению норматива № 12 приступить» 2) Сборки оружия после неполной разборки, по каманде «К выполнению норматива № 13 приступить»

По команде «К выполнению норматива № 12 приступить» участник начинает выполнение норматива последовательно: - отсоединяет магазин; - проверяет оружие на разряженность; - вынимает пенал; - отделяет шомпол; - отделяет дульный тормоз; - отделяет крышку ствольной коробки; - отделяет возвратный механизм; - отделяет затворную раму с затвором; - отделяет затвор от затворной рамы; - отделяет газовую трубку со ствольной накладкой. После выполнения норматива участник докладывает «Готов».

По команде «К выполнению норматива № 13 приступить» участник начинает выполнение норматива последовательно: - присоединяет газовую трубку со ствольной накладкой. - присоединяет затвор от затворной раме; - присоединяет затворную раму с затвором; - присоединяет возвратный механизм; - присоединяет крышку ствольной коробки; - производит контрольный спуск и ставят на предохранитель; - присоединяет дульный тормоз; - присоединяет шомпол; - вставляет пенал; - присоединяет магазин. После выполнения норматива участник докладывает «Готов».

Участник стоит, средства защиты при нем. По команде «Плащ в рукава, чулки, перчатки надеть», «Газы» участник надевает защитные чулки, защитные плащи в рукава, противогазы, защитные перчатки.

Время выполнения участником норматива увеличивается на 25 секунд, если при надевании общевойскового защитного комплекта участник соревнования допустил следующие ошибки: - надевание защитных чулок производилось с застегнутыми хлястиками; - не правильно застегнуты борта плаща; - не полностью надеты чулки; - не закреплены закрепками держатели шпеньков; - не застегнуты два шпенька. - допущено образование таких складок или перекосов, при которых наружный воздух может проникать под шлем-маску; - не полностью навинчена (ввернута) гайка соединительной трубки.

Состоится в период с 12 по 16 октября 2020 года и включает в себя онлайн-тест по общеобразовательным предметам, знаменательным датам 2020 года и логике. Количество вопросов - 30. Участникам необходимо выбрать один ответ из предложенных вариантов. За каждый правильный ответ - 1 балл. Максимально возможное количество набранных баллов - 30. Для ответа на каждый вопрос выделяется от 20 до 120 секунд в зависимости от сложности вопроса. Скорость ответа даёт дополнительные баллы. Для прохождения онлайн-тестирования викторины «IQAZAQSTAN» необходимо: 1. Перейти по прикреплённой ссылке; 2. Ввести Ваши фамилию и имя; 3. Нажать «Начать игру». Онлайн-тестирование запускается! Для ответа на вопрос, необходимо выбрать один ответ из четырёх предложенных вариантов. Желаем удачи!

Состоится с 19 октября по 2 ноября 2020 года и включает в себя подъем туловища из положения лёжа на спине (пресс) для девушек и отжимание от пола для юношей. Инструкция по правильному выполнению упражнений опубликована на Официальном сайте Сбора www.aibynonline.kz и Youtube-канале AibynOnline2020.

Состоится в период с 2 по 16 ноября 2020 года. Каждый участник должен снять видеоролик на патриотическую тематику (любовь к Родине, казахстанский патриотизм, святость долга защиты Отечества и исторической преемственности поколений) продолжительностью не более 1 мин. Видео необходимо выложить в срок с 2 по 10 ноября 2020 года в социальной сети Instagram с отметкой аккаунта @aibyn_online и указанием хэштеша #aibynonline2020. Голосование продлится до 16 ноября 2020 года 10.00 часов по времени городе Нур-Султан. В данном туре побеждает участник, чьё видео набрало наибольшее количество просмотров, лайков, комментариев и репостов.
